Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reetracker (ABN 44 091 554 873)'s platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

License to Use

Reetracker (ABN 44 091 554 873) grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to access our Rare Earth Supply Chain Map for internal business intelligence purposes.

Restrictions

You may not use automated “robots” or “spiders” to scrape our node data. Unauthorized access or attempts to download bulk data sets will result in immediate account termination.

Attribution

Any export of map data or screenshots used in external reports must include the following attribution: “Source: Reetracker Intelligence (reetracker.com)”

Data Accuracy & “As-Is” Disclaimer

Nature of Data

Rare earth supply chain data is often volatile and sourced from varied international records (e.g., MCS 2025, company filings, government reports). While we strive for accuracy, data may be incomplete or subject to revision.

Disclaimer

Reetracker provides intelligence “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not financial advisors. All strategic or investment decisions made based on our map or dashboard data are at the user's sole risk. Reetracker is not liable for financial losses resulting from data usage.

Access & Usage

Current Access Model

Reetracker currently provides free access to the Supply Chain Map, Dashboard, and data resources. We reserve the right to introduce account-based access or premium tiers in the future with advance notice to users.

Fair Use Policy

While access is currently open, excessive automated requests, bulk data scraping, or attempts to overwhelm our infrastructure may result in rate limiting or IP blocking. Please use our platform responsibly.

Map Uptime

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to upstream geospatial data provider outages, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

Future: Subscription Services

If we introduce paid subscription tiers, registered users will receive advance notice of pricing, payment terms, and any changes to access levels. Free tiers or basic access may remain available.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Reetracker (ABN 44 091 554 873) (including but not limited to maps, algorithms, visualizations, and compiled data) are owned by Reetracker and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Collect or harvest any personal data from other users
  • Create derivative works based on our proprietary data structures

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reetracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reetracker from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

Service Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the service at any time for violations of these terms, abusive usage patterns, or for any reason at our sole discretion. This may include IP-level blocking for automated scraping or other prohibited activities.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia or as otherwise agreed by the parties.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
