Western Reserve Anchor: The Sleeping Giant

Brazil holds 21 million tons of rare earth reserves—the largest outside of China and Vietnam—yet produces only a fraction of its potential. This makes Brazil the definitive "Sleeping Giant" of the Western rare earth supply chain.

The Serra Verde Mine (operating since 2022) is Latin America's first commercial ionic clay rare earth operation, targeting Heavy Rare Earths (HREEs) including dysprosium and terbium—critical for high-performance magnets. With ionic clay geology similar to Southern China, Brazil represents the West's most significant potential HREE source.

Strategic Position

Generational Vault

Brazil's reserve-to-production ratio extends into centuries. This positions it as a long-term strategic reserve anchor for Western supply chains.
